Take control of your pain
In Pain = In Progress
I know firsthand how challenging life with chronic pain can be. For over 7 years, I’ve been navigating the ups and downs of living with chronic pain after an accident. My journey has been filled with moments of frustration, anxiety, and fear, but it’s also been maintained by resilience and a love of learning. Through trial and error, I’ve learned techniques, tools, and lifestyle adjustments that have helped me regain control over my life—and now, I’m here to share those with you.
One thing that is really challenging with chronic pain is that it’s lonely. But, you don’t have to go through this alone. While I DO NOT provide any medical advice, I share what’s worked for me in helping to maintain a life that is laced with pain. I earned a coaching certification through the NBHWC, however, I focus on creating free content to inspire and uplift instead.

Tips for managing chronic pain
Build Your Team
Connect with providers across different disciplines to support you. From therapists to acupuncturists to neurologists and chiropractors, there are hundreds of providers that can provide support in different ways.
Reduce Stress
This always frustrated me when someone told me this. “Of course I’m stressed living in chronic pain”, I’d shout in my head. The reality is stress reduction is sooooo important for managing pain. Whether it’s talking with a friend, meditating, or snuggling a kitty, there are many ways to reduce stress even if pain is at the wheel.
Experiment
Everybody “every body” responds differently to treatments and therapies. Trying various approaches—whether it's adjusting medications, exploring physical therapies, or adopting new lifestyle habits—can help you discover what truly improves your quality of life over time.
